200kg Axle Deadlift for Reps: Hit 5 reps with a near-miss on the 6th due to a small mistake.
Yoke + Fat Grip Farmers Carry: Solid performance with only one drop on the farmers (first time using fat grips)
Sandbag to Shoulder: Only 1 rep, but it was a personal best 💥
Despite the challenges, it was a fun, growth-filled day that delivered exactly what they signed up for: a tough comp, new experiences, and proof that pushing through pays off 💪
