While each bag can be customized to fit your needs, here is an example of how much can fit into one of our bags. 

• Clothes: 3 shirt, a sweater, active shorts, sweatpants, socks, sneakers
• Equipment: 2 sets of knee sleeves, soft belt, figure 8 straps, mouth piece, tacky, smelling salts. Hard belt fits around the bag
• Consumables: protein container (360g), 28oz shaker/ water bottle, 4 protein bars
• Extras: wallet, keys, phone, laptop, deodorant, hair brush

Outer Bag Features

• Adjustable over the shoulder strap: fascinated to the bag by metal hooks
• 2 zipper compartments on each end of the bag
• Front zipper pocket with 5 smaller pockets and 1 zipper mesh pouch

• Trolly sleeve on the back of bag 

Inner Bag Features
