How can I reach customer service? You can send us an email at lhbk@mitchellhoperstrongman.com. Please allow 24hrs for a response Monday - Friday and 48hrs for any weekend inquiries. 

Why can't I see my tracking number? If you have an international order and "tracked package" is not selected at checkout, it is sent without tracking. All US and Canadian orders are sent with tracking. 

Can an order be updated after it is placed? We do our best to accommodate requests after an order has been placed, however there is no guarantee.

An item I bought is now on sale, can I get a price adjustment? At this time we do not do price adjustments.
