Returns & Exchanges Policy

To start your return or exchange, please email lhbk@mitchellhooperstrongman.com

Important reminder: Any costs related to returning items (shipping, duties, etc.) will be the customer's responsibility.

Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date, as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and still have the tags attached. Once your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 48 hours. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds cannot be processed while the items are in transit.

Exchanges
To make an exchange, simply place a new order for the item you’d like instead, and send the original item back to us. Once we receive your original item(s) in sellable condition, we’ll issue a refund within 48hrs for the original item (excluding shipping).

This helps us process exchanges faster and ensures you get the item you want before it sells out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
