In early 2023, Mitchell Hooper, known as the 'World's Strongest Man,' noticed a great opportunity in the Fitness Field. He wanted to share a positive message while offering top-notch fitness clothing. That's when LHBK, 'Lift Heavy, Be Kind,' was born. Mitchell joined forces with Tyr Sports to create high-quality workout gear with a positive message, all while giving back to the community. As always, our motto is simple: 'Lift Heavy, Be Kind.'

HOW DO WE GIVE BACK?

We will be choosing a gym each quarter that is independently owned, gives back to their community and could use a boost. Whether to buy new equipment, make upgrades, pass on to give struggling members discounted rates or simply to keep the doors open.
