Returns
Items purchased are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags still on. All return requests must be submitted to lhbk@mitchellhooperstrongman.com prior to sending the items back. Once the return is approved and accepted, the funds will return to the original payment card within 48hrs. All additional costs related to a return (shipping, duties, etc.), are the customers responsibility. 

Exchanges
Items purchased are eligible for return within 30 days of the purchase date. Items must be unworn, unwashed with the tags still on. All exchange requests must be submitted to lhbk@mitchellhooperstrongman.com prior to sending the items back. Once the item is accepted, a new item will ship within 72hrs.All additional costs related to an exchange (shipping, duties, etc.), are the customers responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Items unavailable for return/exchange: any personalizations, pre-orders, all accessories, sale items or giftcards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
